Stop concepts
You can prevent a concept from appearing on the Mines page or in the Map by stopping the concept.
You can also view a list of the active concepts that are used for clustering documents in mines and in the Map.
Note: Administrators can also stop concepts locally and globally in the Map through the Browse pane or the Map pane on the Documents page. Any concepts stopped in the Browse pane or Map pane are also stopped when creating or building a mine. If a concept is stopped after a mine is created, you must rebuild the mine to remove the concept. For information about how to stop concepts locally, see Stop concepts in the Map.
For information about how to grant group leaders access to the Stop Concepts feature, see Grant administrative access.

Download a list of active or stopped concepts
You can download a report that includes a list of active or stopped concepts, and the number of documents that contain each concept. The report downloads as a spreadsheet (.csv file).
To download a list of active or stopped concepts:
On the Case Home page, under Analysis, click Stop Concepts.
Optionally, sort or filter the list of concepts.
Note: If you do not filter the list of concepts, due to the number of rows it may time a long time to download the report, and the report may not open successfully in older versions of Microsoft Excel.
Click Download report.
Select whether you want to download a list of Active or Stopped concepts, and then click OK.
Open or save the report.
