Case Defaults

On the Case Defaults page, administrators can set the following default settings for the case:

Quick code configuration

Timeline date

Quick code list for the case

On the Case Home page, under Case Setup, click Case Defaults. In the Quick code configuration list, select a quick code list.

Timeline for the case

On the Case Home page, under Case Setup, click Case Setup section. In the Timeline date list, select a date. The default setting is Document Date.
