Reload the Map

If multiple reviewers are allowed to review and code the same document at the same time, a document's quick code may change while you are working in the Map. To make sure that you are reviewing the most recent quick code values in the Map, you should occasionally reload the Map.

Reloading the map clusters the data and sweeps coded documents to the set-aside clusters.

Note: If two reviewers code the same document, the value that applies is the most recently coded value.

To reload the Map:

In the Map pane, on the Map menu, click Reload map.
