Administration
On the Administration page, you can grant group leaders and group members access to certain administrative functions.
Features
Features are items that groups can access on the Documents page. All features are unavailable by default. Administrators can grant access to features.
Groups
Groups are used to combine users who perform similar tasks and have the same security requirements. Administrators can create and manage groups and their members.
Levels
The application uses levels to organize documents. Administrators can set security for levels to control what groups can see and do with levels on the Documents page, such as adding documents to a level or deleting documents from a level.
Objects
Objects are items such as fields or issues that groups can use when coding documents on the Documents page. All objects are unavailable by default. Administrators can set security for objects.
Security Overrides
A security override binder is a shared binder that has document security enabled so that access to the documents in the shared binder can be controlled. Administrators can manage group security for security override binders on the Security Overrides page.
