Portal security table
The portal security table defines the access levels for each Portal feature, for each user role and type.
When organizations are used, the access can vary for portal administrators who are members of a provider, a client, or a standalone organization.
When a system administrator enables organizations security, access is further changed. The following tables address access if it differs when Organization security is enabled (Org security ON) and when it is not enabled ( Org security OFF).
