Pin annotations to the toolbar

To make it easy to access the highlights and redactions that you frequently use, you can pin the annotations to a toolbar in the Image viewer.

To pin annotations to an annotations toolbar:

Select a document.

In the View pane, click the Image viewer button.

On the Image viewer toolbar, click the arrow next to the Highlight button or the Redact button.

Note: The Image viewer toolbar is disabled for files that cannot be annotated.

Click the Pin button next to a highlight or redaction.

To access the pinned annotations, on the Image viewer navigation bar, click the Pinned annotations button.

To display the default Image viewer toolbar again, on the Image viewer navigation bar, click the Image viewer toolbar button.
