Review strategy for reviewing documents in the Map

A reviewer can use the Map during a review in the following way:

From the Case Home page, open an assignment or search. Or, on the Documents page, run a new search or a saved search.

If the Map pane is not visible, switch to a workspace that includes the Map pane. Documents in the search results or assignment appear as uncoded clusters in the Map pane. Documents that are already coded are automatically swept to the set-aside cluster when you open the Map.

In the Map pane, view the documents in clusters.

Zoom in on clusters.

Select one or more clusters in the Map to further investigate documents.

Review the selected documents in the Working list, which is accessible in the List pane.

Explore, filter, or inspect the selected documents using the Browse pane.

View the contents of selected documents in the View pane.

Code or bulk code the selected documents in the Code pane.

Cluster the Map again to see new relationships between the remaining uncoded documents.
