Search and filter transcripts

You can filter the transcripts that appear in the transcripts list.

You can also search for keywords or phrases within a transcript.

Note: Version 10.9.005 addresses an issue related to the Find feature in which hits went to the incorrect page or line number in a transcript search. This issue is now resolved, but if your administrator loaded transcripts into a case in versions 10.5.001 - 10.9.004, they must reload those transcripts.

Filter transcripts

You can filter the transcripts that appear in the transcripts list by various criteria, including transcript type, transcript annotations, or content in the text of a transcript.

You can apply multiple filters to the list of transcripts. You can filter based on annotations or by content, and at the same time, you can filter by one or more columns in the transcripts list, such as the transcript type.

A filter status at the top of the transcripts list indicates whether any filters are applied to the list of transcripts. When all transcripts that you have access to appear in the transcripts list, the filter status is All Transcripts. If filters are applied, the filter status indicates which filters are applied. An example of a filter status showing that multiple filters are applied is shown in the following figure.
