View the processing dashboard

The Processing dashboard provides authorized administrators a high-level overview of currently processing jobs, as well as the last four jobs processed. The page also displays the current supervisor load and utilization status, a link to the Capacity page, and the coordinator name.

The Processing Framework (RPF) is a system for processing large volumes of data for jobs that were submitted. System administrators have access to all processing features. Portal and case administrators have access only to the index status, jobs, and scheduled jobs features for their portals or cases. To access the processing dashboard:

On the Portal Home page, under Portal Management, click Processing.

The application displays the processing dashboard.

The following table describes the sections on the processing dashboard.

Section	Description
Recent Jobs	Displays information for jobs that are currently being processed and the last four jobs processed. This information includes the job status, job ID, portal name, case name, and total processing time. To view all jobs processed on the portal, click View all jobs.
Supervisors	Displays the load capacity and utilization status of all supervisors in the portal. To view all supervisors, click View all supervisors.
Capacity	Displays the current worker-to-supervisor ratio. To view the capacity, click Configure capacity.
Coordinator	Displays the coordinator URL. To open the RPF Coordinator page, click the URL. For information about working with the coordinator, see RPF Coordinator.
